MVP Health Care presents The 11th Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge raises $32,000 NET to benefit Saratoga Bridges

MVP Health Care presented the 11th Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge to benefit Saratoga Bridges in the Saratoga Spa State Park on Saturday, October 22. Over 1,800 runners, walkers, spectators and volunteers packed the Columbia Pavilion today, raising $32,000 NET for Saratoga Bridges programs and services. The overall Female & Male 5K winners were Michele Gilbert of Clifton Park & Josh Merlis of Albany. The overall female & male 10K winners were Sereena Coombes of Queensbury & Mike Roda of Albany. The event included a Saratoga County Animal Shelter Adoption Clinic, Radio Disney, photos by Five Pines Photography photos available at with a percentage of proceeds to benefit Saratoga Bridges), Home-made refreshments, favorite pumpkin and costume contests and many raffle prizes. Dan Keating was our pledge winner, raising $560 for Saratoga Bridges and winning an Apple IPOD Touch.
