SARATOGA SPRINGS — The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will present “La Fiesta” on Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. behind the Jockey Recreation Center at Saratoga Race Course’s Oklahoma Training Track. The event is a celebration of backstretch culture and is free and open to the public.
