Motivation in Action: Tips & Tricks That Work

Are you curious about what it takes to stay motivated?  Would you like to know the secret to motivating your staff?  What if you could find a way to stay “jazzed” in spite of economic downturns and other challenges?

Register for this 90 minute interactive workshop to discover the answers.  We’ll explore the myths & realities of motivation.  Along the way, we’ll also uncover each participant’s unique motivation map & keys to sustaining the motivation.  Participants will walk away with a specific plan to keep them motivated long after the workshop has ended.

The workshop will be held Tuesday, June 14 from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County, (Executive Education Center), 15 Park Avenue, Clifton Park.  Registration  and refreshments will take place from  7:30 to 8:00 AM.

About the Presenter…Barbara Wisnom is an executive and business coach, organizational development consultant, trainer and facilitator.  She brings over 25 years of management experience to her work. 

After completing a successful tenure as vice president in an insurance company, Barbara began her professional coaching career.  She holds a certification from the Coaches Training Institute and has completed both the Leadership and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching programs.

Barbara has been speaking publicly and offering seminars to a wide variety of audiences for a number of years.  Participants report that her engaging style, along with the creative approach she employs result in learning that goes beyond just the program itself.

Barbara holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Science from Niagara University and SUNY Buffalo respectively.
